Looking Ahead to 2026–27
Darcy shared that she and Susan have entered the club’s 2026–27 goals into ClubRunner, where members will be able to follow our progress.
The club also discussed expanding our international impact, including an upcoming outreach trip to Belize next spring. The International Committee is also considering several Global Grant opportunities, including projects in Haiti, Venezuela, Peru and Guatemala.
Community Connections
Our Kindness Dollars this week supported Vouchers for Veterans, which provides veterans with vouchers to shop at local farmers markets.
The August 18 Community Supper & Clam Bake is shaping up to be a big event, with nearly 100 community members expected. Volunteers will be needed Monday, August 17, to help prepare the corn.
Car with a Cause
Approximately 750 tickets have been sold for Car with a Cause! The July early bird winner was M. Schmidt of York, Ticket #233. Congratulations!
