Rotary District 7780 Unite The Spark!
This past Saturday, October 25, 2025 members from across Rotary District 7780 gathered at South Portland Middle School for the Unite the Spark – Connection Summit, an energizing morning of collaboration, inspiration, and shared purpose.
Representing the York Rotary Club, members attended the half-day event eager to exchange ideas and strengthen connections with fellow Rotarians from across the District. The summit encouraged clubs to build on existing member engagement while expanding their reach—creating a Rotary experience where people feel valued, connected, and inspired to invite others to join. It was also a chance to explore fresh approaches to engagement, innovation, and community impact.
Key takeaways included strategies for deepening member involvement, building meaningful partnerships, and finding fresh, creative ways to tell Rotary’s story within our local communities, and attract new members. Attendees left feeling inspired and recharged, ready to bring back new energy and ideas to their home clubs.
